About Me

Hi, I’m Dawn. I live in Rugby with my husband, our two boys, two cats, and one very feisty chihuahua. Over the past decade, I’ve learned to connect deeply with my body and mind, transforming my own health through a holistic lifestyle. I now prioritise balance – reducing stress, nourishing my body, and living in alignment with what truly matters.

I’m happiest when I have time to myself and space to enjoy life’s simple joys: cooking, gardening, growing my own food at the allotment, and spending time with people I truly connect with. Through this journey, I’ve come to appreciate the power of mindset, the importance of self-kindness, and the body’s incredible ability to heal when given the right support.

My biggest passion is helping others feel well in their own bodies. After years of working in various management roles, I returned to university after my second son was born to study what I felt truly mattered – health. I gained a First-Class BSc (Hons) in Health Sciences in 2021.

Since then, I’ve worked as a Health and Wellness Practitioner and Science Technician, but as of February 2025, I’ve stepped fully into my role as a Health & Wellness Practitioner. I love working with people and seeing them transform their energy, clarity, and overall wellbeing.

My interest in health began after having my first son. While I loved motherhood, I realised how unfulfilled and stressed I’d been in past roles. Despite sleepless nights, I felt better than I had in years because I was living with purpose and without chronic stress. That experience opened my eyes to how many people live in a constant fight-or-flight state without realising it, and how much that affects our health.

I now work with clients to uncover the root causes of their symptoms, drawing on science and an individualised approach. Our genetics, lifestyle, and environment all shape our wellbeing – and by understanding these, we can create lasting change. My work blends deep empathy with evidence-based tools, guiding each person to feel empowered in their health.

Our bodies are intelligent, resilient systems – when given the right conditions, they can heal, repair, and thrive.
