Dawn has helped change my whole view and understanding of food and my relationship with it. She’s enabled me to understand not just what to eat but why, how and when. I’ve discovered that having a better understanding of the science behind my bodies responses to food has helped motivate me to make better choices but without feeling restricted. Dawn has also been an amazing person to just talk and reflect with. She’s helped me think about things differently and look at the bigger picture. As well as being very knowledgeable, she is so warm and easy to chat with.
